Group Listening
This function allows two people to listen to a call
simultaneously, for example during training at a call
centre. The function will only work with a standard
connected telephone, i.e. a telephone where the
1 2 3 switch on the side of hs21 is set to position 1.
It is possible to connect two handsets or two
headsets instead of one handset and one headset.
1. Check that the 1 2 3 switch is in position 1.
2. Use a pen or similar to set the white switch to
position g.
3. Use 9/y to select who should speak.
Please note! When hs21 is used with the 1 2 3 switch in
position 2 or 3 the white switch must be in position O.

1. Vériez que le curseur 1 2 3 est sur 1.
2. A l’aide d’un stylo, mettez le curseur blanc sur g.
3. Sélectionnez qui parle avec 9/y.
Remarque ! Quand le curseur 1 2 3 du hs21 est sur 2 ou 3,
le curseur blanc doit être sur O.
