DOMYOS garantit ce produit pièces et main d’œuvre, dans des conditions normales

d’utilisation, pendant 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat, la date sur le ticket de

caisse faisant foi. L’obligation de DOMYOS en vertu de cette garantie se limite au

remplacement ou à la réparation du produit, à la discrétion de DOMYOS.

Tous les produits pour lesquels la garantie est applicable doivent être reçus par

DOMYOS dans l’un de ses centres agréés, en port payé, accompagnés de la preuve

d’achat sufﬁsante.

Cette garantie ne s’applique pas en cas de :

• Dommages causés lors du transport

• Mauvaise utilisation ou utilisation anormale

• Mauvais montage

• Mauvais entretien

• Réparations effectuées par des techniciens non-agréés par DOMYOS

• Utilisation à des ﬁns commerciales

Cette garantie commerciale n’exclut pas la garantie légale

applicable selon les pays et / ou provinces.

2-YEAR  GUARANTEE

DOMYOS guarantees this product, when used under normal conditions, against

defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of pur-

chase, that date being taken to be the date on the till receipt. DOMYOS’S obligation

with regard to this guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of the product,

at the discretion of DOMYOS. All products for which the warranty is applicable

must be received by DOMYOS at one of its approved facilities, delivery prepaid,

accompanied by adequate proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to cases of:

• Damage caused during transport

• Improper or abnormal use

• Poor assembly

• Poor maintenance

• Repairs carried out by technicians not accredited by DOMYOS

• Use for commercial purposes

This warranty does not exclude any legal guarantees appli-

cable according to country and/or province.

senbeleg gilt als Nachweis. Die garantiegemäßen Verpﬂichtungen der Firma DO-

MYOS beschränken sich auf Austausch und Reparatur des Produkts nach Ermessen

der Firma DOMYOS. Alle Produkte, für die diese Garantie gilt, müssen ausreichend

frankiert zusammen mit einem gültigen Kaufbeleg an eine von DOMYOS anerkannte

Kundendienststelle geschickt werden

Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf :

• Transportschäden

• Bedienungsfehler oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch

• Unsachgemäße Montage

• Unsachgemäße Wartung

• Reparaturen die von nicht berechtigten Technikern durchgeführt wurden DOMYOS

• Gebrauch zu gewerblichen Zwecken

Diese Händlergarantie schließt die in den einzelnen Län-

dern und/oder Provinzen geltende gesetzliche Garantie

DOMYOS biedt onder normale gebruiksomstandigheden een garantie van 2 jaar

vanaf de aankoopdatum voor de onderdelen van dit product en voor de fabricage.

De datum op de kassabon geldt als bewijs van aankoop. De aansprakelijkheid van

DOMYOS uit hoofde van deze garantie beperkt zich tot de vervanging of de herstel-

ling van het product, naar eigen goeddunken van DOMYOS. Alle producten waarop

de garantie van toepassing is moeten naar een van de erkende DOMYOS-centra

worden gebracht, port betaald, compleet met het bewijs van aankoop.

Deze garantie geldt niet in geval van:

• Schade die wordt veroorzaakt tijdens het vervoer.

• Onjuist of abnormaal gebruik

• Slechte opstelling

• Slecht onderhoud

• Herstellingen uitgevoerd door technici die niet zijn erkend door DOMYOS

• Gebruik voor commerciële doeleinden

Deze handelsgarantie maakt geen inbreuk op de geldende

wetgeving in het desbetreffende land.
