STRACCIATELLA MUFFINS
FÜR 6 MUFFINS I FOR 6 MUFFINS
ZUTATEN:
75 g Mehl I 50 g gehackte Mandeln I 2 TL Backpulver I 50 g Schokotropfen oder -stücken I 50 ml
neutrales Öl I 50 g Zucker I 1 Tütchen Vanillezucker I 1 Ei I 75 g Frischkäse I 1 EL Mandellikör
(nach Wunsch) I Silikonformen für Muffins oder mindestens 2 Papierformen pro Muffin
ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Mischen Sie das Mehl mit den Mandeln, dem Backpulver und der Schokolade. 2. Rühren Sie das Öl mit
dem Zucker, dem Vanillezucker und dem Ei zu einer glatten Masse. 3. Rühren Sie den Frischkäse und den
Mandellikör unter. 4. Geben Sie jetzt die trocknen Zutaten zu den feuchten Zutaten und mischen Sie alles
zu einem schönen Teig. 5. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse auf 160°C vor. 6. Füllen Sie die Muffinformen zu 2/3 mit
dem Teig. 7. Geben Sie die gefüllten Muffinformen in den Frittierkorb und frittieren Sie diese für 15 bis 18
Minuten bei 160°C.
INGREDIENTS:
75 g flour I 50 g ground almonds I 2 tsp baking powder I 50 g chocolate drops or pieces I 50 ml
neutral oil I 50 g sugar I 1 packet of vanilla sugar I 1 egg I 75 g fromage frais I 1 tbsp. almond
liqueur (to taste) I silicone muffin cups or at least 2 paper moulds per muffin
PREPARATION:
1. Mix the flour with the almonds, the baking powder and the chocolate. 2. Beat the oil with the sugar,
vanilla sugar and the egg until smooth. 3. Stir the fromage frais and almond liqueur into the mixture. 4.
Now mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form the mixture. 5. Preheat the fryer to 160°C. 6.
Fill the muffins cups 2/3 full with the mixture. 7. Place the filled muffin cups in the frying basket and fry at
160°C for 15–18 minutes..
