5. Remettez les oignons, ajoutez les tomates coupées en dés et les lanières de cour-
gette et laissez cuire quelques instants.
6. Ajoutez le bouillon de légumes et faites étuver à feu doux pendant une quinzaine
de minutes en mettant le couvercle sur le wok.
7. Concassez le poivre vert et ajoutez à la préparation.
8. Faites encore étuver pendant 5 minutes.
CHOU VERT À LA CRÈME ET AUX LARDON
Ingrédients :
150g de lardon fumé
1 oignon
1 chou vert
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
1,5 dl de bouillon de poulet
2 dl de crème fraîche
poivre et sel
2 cuillères à soupe de graines de sésame
Préparation :
1. Emincez l’oignon, lavez le chou et coupez-le en lanières.
2. Chauffez l’huile dans le wok
3. Quand l’huile est brûlante, faites cuire le lard dans le wok en touillant.
4. Ajoutez l’oignon et faites le cuire en touillant jusqu’à qu’il commence à brunir.
5. Ajoutez le chou et faites cuire le tout pendant 5 minutes en touillant sans cesse.
6. Ajoutez les graines de sésame à la fin.
7. Ajoutez le bouillon, assaisonnez avec le poivre et le sel et laissez cuire le tout à
couvert pendant 5 minutes.
8. Ajoutez enfin la crème et faites encore cuire quelques instants.
