STRACCIATELLAMUFFINS
MUFFINS STRACCIATELLA
VOOR 6 MUFFINS I POUR 6 MUFFINS
INGREDIËNTEN
75 g bloem I 50 g gemalen amandelen I 2 tl bakpoeder I 50 g chocolade-
druppels of –stukjes I 50 ml neutrale olie I 50 g suiker I 1 pakje vanillesuiker
I 1 ei I 75 g verse kaas I 1 el amandellikeur (naar wens) I siliconen muffin-
vormpjes of minstens 2 papieren vormpjes per muffin
BEREIDING
1. Meng de bloem met de amandelen, het bakpoeder en de chocolade. 2. Roer de
olie met de suiker, de vanillesuiker en het ei tot een glad geheel. 3. Roer hier de
verse kaas en de amandellikeur onder. 4. Meng nu de droge ingrediënten onder de
natte ingrediënten tot een mooi deeg. 5. Verwarm de friteuse voor op 160˚. 6. Vul de
muffinvormpjes voor 2/3 met het deeg. 7. Plaats de gevulde muffinvormpjes in het
frituurmandje en bak gedurende 15 à 18 minuten op 160˚.
INGRÉDIENTS
75 g de farine l 50 g d’amandes en poudre l 2 c. à café de levure chimique
l 50 g de pépites de chocolat ou de morceaux de chocolat l 50 ml d’huile
neutre l 50 g de sucre l 1 sachet de sucre vanillé l 1 oeuf l 75 g de fromage
frais l 1 c. à soupe de liqueur d’amandes (facultatif) l moules à muffins en
silicone ou au moins 2 moules en papier par muffin
PRÉPARATION
1. Mélangez la farine avec les amandes, la levure chimique et le chocolat. 2. Mé-
langez l’huile, le sucre, le sucre vanillé et l’oeuf jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange
lisse. 3. Mélangez le fromage frais et la liqueur d’amandes. 4. Incorporez ensuite les
ingrédients secs aux ingrédients humides jusqu’à l’obtention d’une belle pâte. 5.
Préchauffez la friteuse à 160˚. 6. Remplissez les moules à muffins aux 2/3. 7. Placez les
moules à muffins remplis dans le panier de la friteuse, puis faites cuire les muffins
pendant 15 à 18 minutes à 160˚.
