- Bevestig terug het spindel deksel [13] over de spindel [14] met de voorziene schroeven [G]. Opmerking: Kijk na
of de spindel [14] juist is gepositioneerd in het spindel deksel [13] (zie fig. 8).
- Beweeg het hekken met de hand en controleer op een continue en ongehinderde beweging over de gehele loop.
4. OMKEERBARE / NIET OMKEERBARE PISTON
De Luxo3R piston is enkel beschikbaar in de omkeerbare versie.
(Fig. 9) Als de spil [M] is geplaatst, is de piston omkeerbaar.
(Fig. 10) Als de spil [M] is verwijderd, is de piston niet omkeerbaar en de ontgrendeling kan enkel gebeuren door
middel van een sleutel (zie gebruikersinstructies).
5. ELECTRISCHE AANSLUITINGEN
De Luxo3R motor kan aangesloten worden op de sturingen LogicA21 en LogicA22. Opmerking: In het geval dat
een electrische vergrendeling is geinstalleerd, dient deze eerst ontgrendeld te worden.
De Luxo3B en Luxo5B motors kunnen aangesloten worden op de sturingen D1, D2, LogicA21 en LogicA22.
De Luxo5BH motor kan aangesloten worden op de sturing LogicC22.
Het electrisch aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen van de Luxo3B/3R en Luxo5B/5BH motors is afgebeeld in fig. 11 en
in de installatiehandleidingen van deQ.E. D1, D2, LogicA21, LogicA22 and LogicC22.
(Fig. 5) Monteer het deksel [10] en verbind de aardingsdraad [J].
(Fig. 11) Om de motorkabel mechanisch te beveiligen, kan men een flexibele buis Ø16 [N] met bijpassend Ø20
aansluitstuk [P] gebruiken (niet door ons geleverd) (Fig. 5) Draai de schroef vast [F].
6. ONDERHOUD (elke 6 maand)
Power off 230 V~, en batterijen (indien aanwezig):
- Reinig en smeer, met neutraal vet, de draaipunten, de scharnieren van het hekken en de spindel.
- Ga na of de bevestigingspunten nog voldoende vastgedraait zijn.
Power on 230 V~, en batterijen (indien aanwezig):
- Controleer de voedingsspanningen.
- Controleer de werking van alle stuur en veiligheidsfuncties (fotocellen).
- Controleer de werking van de ontgrendeling (enkel bij de niet omkeerbare piston).
- Wanneer de LogicC22 sturing is gemonteerd, controleer dan de werking van de batterij door een aantal
bedieningen uit te voeren met de voedingsspanning uitgeschakeld. Schakel hierna de voedingsspanning weer
aan (230 V~).
