11. ONDERHOUDSPLAN (elke 6 maanden)
Zonder voeding 230 V~ of 400 V~:
- Het onderhoud en de insmering van de mechanische
onderdelen moeten uitgevoerd worden op verlaagde
automatisering.
- De werking van de brekingsvoorziening van de kabels en van
de veren.
- De slijtage van de opheftouwen nagaan.
- De vrije schuiving van de kabels in de trommels nagaan.
- Periodiek de scharnieren, de kussentjes, de kegels van de
wielen en de torsieveren insmeren.
- Nagaan dat er geen obstakels zijn die de correcte schuiving
van de wielen in de geleiderollen veranderen.
- De correcte gewichtsverdeling van de sectie-
automatisering controleren.
- Nagaan dat de bovenste schuifstructuur geheel verankerd i
aan de bovenliggende vloer en dat er vervolgens geen
defecten, vouwen of vervalling aanwezig zijn.
- Controleren dat er geen losgedraaide schroeven of moeren
zijn.
- Geen enkel deel van het hef en/of schuifsysteem modificeren.
Voeding 230 V~ of 400 V~ weer geven:
- De correcte activering van de begrenzers controleren.
- De correcte werking van alle bedienings- en veiligheidsfuncties
controleren.
ATTENTIE: Voor de reserveonderdelen verwijzen naar de
reservedelenlijst.
