CONTROL APP EN SYSTEM
Dit privacybeleid is opgesteld voor diegenen die bezorgd zijn dat hun persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie (PII)
online gebruikt wordt. PII is informatie dieafzonderlijk of in combinatie met andere informatie gebruikt kan worden

Wij loggen metagegevens die het IP-adres en Hub serienummer bevatten. Al het verkeer via internet wordt
versleuteld. Glen Dimplex Nordic heeft geen toegang tot versleutelingscodes. Deze worden uitsluitend opgeslagen
op iedere Hub en in de app op ieder apparaat.
Wanneer verzamelen wij informatie?
Wij verzamelen informatie over u op het moment dat u via het internet gebruik maakt van Dimplex / Nobø Energy
Control.
Hoe gebruiken wij uw informatie?
Wij gebruiken de informatie die wij verzamelen om de dienstverlening van onze klantenservice te verbeteren en de
stabiliteit van het systeem bij te houden. Daarnaast gebruiken we de gegevens voor anonieme
gebruiksstatistieken.
Hoe beschermen wij uw informatie?
Al het verkeer via internet wordt versleuteld. Glen Dimplex Nordic heeft geen toegang tot versleutelingscodes.
Deze worden uitsluitend opgeslagen op iedere Hub en in de app op ieder apparaat. Uw Dimplex / Nobø Energy
Control setup en instellingen worden opgeslagen op uw Hub en niet op een server.
Bekendmaking aan derden
Wij verkopen of verhandelen uw persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie niet aan derden en dragen uw informatie
niet op een andere manier over.
Overig
Wij maken geen gebruik van cookies voor traceringsdoeleinden. Wij richten ons niet specifiek op kinderen onder
de 13 jaar oud. Wij verzamelen geen e-mailadressen.
