Probleemoplossing
Wanneer u problemen heeft met uw draadloze Internetradio, kunt u de oplossing misschien vinden
in de hulpsectie van onze website: http://radio.reciva.com/
Als u problemen ondervindt bij het aansluiten van de radio aan uw draadloze netwerk, kunnen
deze stappen u helpen het probleem op te lossen:
1. Controleer dat een PC die aangesloten is op Wi-Fi toegang heeft tot het Internet (d.w.z. het
web kan doorzoeken) door middel van hetzelfde netwerk.
2. Controleer dat er een DHCP server beschikbaar is, of dat u een statisch IP adres op de radio
geconfigureerd heeft. Om de DHCP te configureren moet u de gebruiksaanwijzing van het
draadloze access point lezen.
3. Controleer dat uw firewall geen uitgaande poorten blokkeert. De radio heeft in elk geval
toegang nodig tot UDP en TCP poorten 80,554,1755,5000 en 7070. Om het Access Port
Control te configureren moet u de gebruiksaanwijzing van het draadloze access point lezen.
4. Controleer dat uw access point geen aansluitingen aan bepaalde MAC-adressen beperkt. U
kunt de MAC-adressen van de radio bekijken onder de menuoptie Configure -> Network
Config -> View Config -> MAC address.
5. Als uw netwerk geëncrypteerd is, controleer dan dat u de juiste sleutel of het juiste wachtwoord
in de radio heeft ingevoerd. Denk eraan dat sleutels in de vorm van tekst gevoelig zijn voor
hoofldetters of kleine letters.
Als uw radio verbinding kan maken met het netwerk, maar bepaalde zenders niet kan
afspelen, kan dat om één van de volgende redenen zijn:
1. De zender zendt op deze tijd van de dag niet uit (denk eraan dat de zender zich in een andere
tijdzone kan bevinden).
2. De zender heeft het maximaal toegestane aantal luisteraars bereikt.
3. De zender is gestopt met uitzenden.
4. De link op de radio is verouderd.
5. De internetverbinding tussen de server (bevindt zich vaak in een ander land) en u is langzaam.
Probeer een PC te gebruiken om de stroom via de website van de uitzender af te spelen.
