Misurazione della frequenza cardiaca in base a 30 pulsazioni:
cercare il polso della persona a cui si vogliono misurare i battiti.
Il modo più semplice per trovare il battito è provare 5 cm al di sotto del
tenare. Secondo la scala pulsometrica è possibile stabilire le pulsazioni o
la frequenza cardiaca al minuto.
Quando avete trovato il polso, premere “A” (Start) e contare le pulsazio-
ni. Dopo la 30° pulsazione premere il tasto “A” (Stop).
La frequenza cardiaca viene indicata per mezzo della lancetta dei secondi
del cronometro. Se questa ha segnato 24 secondi dopo 30 battiti, la
frequenza cardiaca è di 75 battiti al minuto.
Funzione tachimetro
La funzione tachimetro viene usata per calcolare, secondo una data
scala, la velocità a cui si muove un oggetto.
Misurare la velocita mentre si viaggia in Auto.
La cosa più semplice è calcolarla rispetto ad un percorso di 1.000
metri.
Premere il tasto “A” (Start) e dopo aver percorso 1.000 metri premere
nuovamente “A” (Stop). Seguire il tracciato della spirale del tachimetro al
centro del quadrante e leggere il valore indicato dalla lancetta del crono-
metro che indica i secondi sulla spirale del tachimetro. Tale valore indica
la velocità media alla quale avete viaggiato.
