7. Nu draait u de stoomkraan nog even open en maakt u de stoompijp schoon van
melkresten.
8. U heeft nu een mooie schuimlaag, als u nog een aantal kleine bellen ziet, tik dan
één of twee keer stevig op de werkplaats zodat de bellen stukslaan.
9. U heeft eerst 1 of 2 mooie espresso’s
gemaakt, dus gaat u nu de melk in het kopje
schenken met een mooi schuimlaag.
10. Nu gaat u de boiler weer vullen met water.
U zet de pomp (koffieknop) aan en draait de stoomkraan open, u laat de boiler weer
vullen met water en wanneer er water uit het stoompijpje komt draait u de stoomkraan
dicht en de koffieknop direct uit.
Dan laat u de machine weer op temperatuur komen en kunt u weer koffie zetten.
Let op! Dit lukt hoogstwaarschijnlijk niemand in één keer, dit is oefenen tot u de
juiste manier heeft gevonden.
Dagelijks onderhoud
1. Elke dag de lekbak te legen.
2. Elke dag het water verversen.
3. De filterhouder af spoelen, met koud of lauw water. Cupje eruit halen en goed
schoon borstelen.
De gaatjes mag u NIET doorprikken, deze zijn van RVS en mag alleen goed grondig
schoongeborsteld worden.
4. Voordat de machine opgewarmd is, de machine doorspoelen via het stoompijpje.
Dit gaat als volgt: U zet de machine aan en drukt de koffie knop in en draait direct de
stoomkraan open, dan laat u ongeveer 5 à 8 seconden water uit het stoompijpje lopen.
Zo zorgt u dat de machine doorgespoeld is en geen lucht in de leidingen heeft.
5. Het stoompijpje reinigen: dit doet u door het pijpje eraf te halen en deze goed te
reinigen met warm water.
Om goed te kunnen stomen moet het stoompijpje regelmatig worden schoongemaakt.
Het gaatje, wat in de zwarte huls zit, mag wel doorgeprikt worden, zodat de opening
goed open blijft.
Wekelijks onderhoud
1.De lekbak en de watercontainer reinigen.
Deze kunt u gewoon afwassen, maar nooit in de vaatwasmachine
, want dan kan de
lekbak en de watercontainer vervormen.
