AANZETTEN VAN HET APPARAAT
Van zodra het apparaat naar wens werd uitgerust, wordt de stek-
ker in het stopcontact gestoken en op de ON/OFF-schakelaar L
geduwd.
MODELLEN UITGERUST MET EEN ZUIGKRACHTREGELAAR
(F)
Sommige modellen zijn uitgerust met een zuigkrachtregelaar F.
Alvorens het apparaat in te schakelen., is het in ieder geval raad-
zaam deze regelknop in de minimale stand te draaien.
Dankzij de elektronische regeling, kan de zuigkracht worden aan-
gepast aan het schoon te maken oppervlak.
• Maximale zuigkracht: aangewezen voor beklede vloeren, hoe-
ken, boorden en hardnekkig vuil (keitjes, broodkruimels, enz.).
•Matige zuigkracht: om elektrische energie te besparen, is geruis-
lozer en meer dan voldoende voor het stofzuigen van harde vloe-
ren en stofferingen.
•Minimale zuigkracht: noodzakelijk voor het stofzuigen van deli-
cate en lichte objecten, vb. lichte bekledingen, om te voorkomen
dat de stof te hevig wordt aangezogen en het schoonmaken
wordt bemoeilijkt.
PARKEERSTAND
Apparaat voorzien van borstel voor tapijten/vloeren met
twee standen
Wanneer bij het schoonmaken een rustpauze wordt ingelast, kan
het apparaat voor korte periodes in verticale stand of in de zoge-
naamde "parkeerstand" gelaten worden, volgens de hierna gege-
ven aanwijzingen. Zet de pedaal van de borstel in de stand "harde
vloeren" (borstelharen naar buiten) en duw de borstel naar voor
zodat de geleider X in de uitsparing Y past (zie figuur 12).
Om het werk te hervatten, houd de borstel tegen met een voet en trek
de borstel naar u toe tot de geleider X vrijgegeven wordt (fig. 13).
Apparaat uitgerust met borstel Explora
Tijdens het schoonmaken, kan het apparaat even in verticale stand
worden gezet. Het volstaat de steelstofzuiger naar beneden te
duwen tot de uitspringende delen van het scharnierend element van
de borstel Explora in hun relatieve geleiders passen (Fig. 14).
Om het werk weer aan te vatten, wordt de borstel met de voet tegen
de vloer gehouden en de stofzuiger langs de handgreep naar
boven te trekken tot het scharnierend element van de borstel
Explora wordt vrijgegeven (Fig. 15).
Houd de borstel nooit tegen de vloer door de voet op de schar-
nierende vleugels te plaatsen.
