Bought this pac c110 2nd hand. It works ice cold well and after wait water pours out the bottom tube. Exhaust pipe is clear. Filter is clean please advise me what next to do reach me on preceelala@gmail.com

Bought this pac c110 2nd hand. It works ice cold few a few minutes then just warm air. Sometimes water pours out the bottom tube. Exhaust pipe is clear. Filter is clean. What's wrong? Does it need recharged like a car? Thanks Derek Degsey11@hotmail.com
