GEMÜSE
Im Mikrowellenherd zubereitetes Gemüse bewahrt seine Farbe und seinen Nährwert eher als beim
tradtionellen Garen.
Alle 500 g Gemüse etwa 5 Löffel Wasser zugeben.
Gemüse muß immer mit Klarsichtfolie bedeckt werden.
Großwüchsigere Sorten werden in gleichmäßige Stücke geschnitten (z. B. karotten)
Mindestens einmal bei halber Kochzeit umrühren und erst bei Kochzeitende leicht salzen.
Hinweis: Die in der Tabelle angegebenen Kochzeiten sind nur Richtwerte und hängen vom Gewicht,
der Temperatur vor dem Kochen und der Festigkeit bzw. der Struktur der Gemüsesorte ab.
