Pré-pâte (levain)
1. Placez la pale de pétrissage dans son logement.
2. Versez les ingrédients dans le moule de pétrissage dans
l’ordre indiqué dans la recette.
3. À l’aide d’une cuillère mélangez les ingrédients pendant
quelques secondes.
4. Placez le moule de pétrissage dans le four et sélectionnez
le programme SE 1.
5. Appuyez sur la touche START/STOP.
Pétrissage uniquement (SE 10) / Levage uniquement
(SE 11)
Ces deux programmes permettent de personnaliser les temps
de pétrissage (30 minutes maximum) et de levage (maximum
2heures)defaçonàobtenirletypedepainvoulu.
En outre il est possible de cuire le pain déjà pétri et levé avec
la fonction cuisson four à chaleur tournante à la température
voulue (il est conseillé de préchauer le four avant de mettre
le moule de pétrissage avec le pain levé).
