Gebruik van de pizzaschaal (indien aanwezig)
Dit bord is ontworpen om het bakken van (verse of diepgevroren) pizza’s te optimaliseren: de speciale ope-
ningen zorgen ervoor dat het vocht kan ontsnappen, zodat ook aan de onderkant krokante pizza’s worden
verkregen. Voor wat betreft verse pizza’s, adviseren wij om het bord eerst met olie in te vetten alvorens het
deeg erop te leggen. Diepgevroren pizza’s kunnen direct op het bord worden gelegd. Plaats, zodra de oven
is voorverwarmd op de gekozen temperatuur, het bord op het rooster dat in de onderste geleiding van de
oven is aangebracht.
Voorbeeld van deeg voor verse pizza
Ingrediënten: 500 gr meel, 280 gr water, 1 blokje biergist, 1 theelepeltje zout, 2 theelepeltjes olijfolie.
Bereiding: los het blokje biergist in lauw water op, voeg het meel, het zout en de olijfolie toe en kneed goed
totdat een bal wordt gevormd. Laat het deeg 2 uur rijzen.
