25. PROBLEMLÖSUNG
Nachstehend werden einige mögliche Betriebsstörungen aufgelistet.
Wenn das Problem nicht auf die beschriebene Weise gelöst werden kann, wenden Sie sich bitte an den technischen Kundendienst.
PROBLEM MÖGLICHE URSACHE ABHILFE
Der Kaee ist nicht heiß. Die Tassen wurden nicht vorgewärmt. Die Tassen durch Ausspülen mit heißem
Wasser vorwärmen (z.B. unter Verwend-
ung der Funktion Heißwasser).
Die internen Kreisläufe haben sich abge-
kühlt, weil nach der letzten Kaeezube-
reitung zwei bis drei Minuten vergangen
sind.
Vor der Kaeezubereitung die internen
Kreisläufe durch einen Spülvorgang er-
wärmen, indem das Symbol (B15)
gedrückt wird.
Die eingestellte Kaeetemperatur ist zu
niedrig.
Über das Menü eine höhere Kaee-
temperatur einstellen (siehe Kapitel „9.
Temperatureinstellung“).
Der Kaee ist dünn und hat wenig Crema. Der Kaee ist zu grob gemahlen. Den Drehknopf zur Einstellung des
Mahlgrads (A5) um eine Position nach
links zur Nummer 1 drehen, während das
Mahlwerk in Betrieb ist (Abb. 8). Jeweils
nur um eine Position verstellen, bis die
Ausgabe zufriedenstellend ist. Die Wir-
kung ist erst nach zwei Kaeeausgaben
sichtbar (siehe Abschnitt „15.1 Einstel-
lung des Mahlwerks“).
Der Kaee ist nicht geeignet. Kaee für Espressomaschinen
verwenden.
