DieDalcqAGgewährtaufsämtlicheBestandteiledesDejelinNutriSoups
eine besondere Garantie, die den nachstehenden Bedingungen
unterliegt.
DiegesetzlichenGewährleistungsbestimmungensowiediegesetzlichen
Ansprüche aus dem Gesetz über die Haung für fehlerhae Produkte
bleiben hiervon unberührt. Gegebenenfalls bestehende Ansprüche auf
NacherfüllungundEntschädigungdesKäufersbeiFehlernbehaltenihre
Gültigkeit, sofern die diesbezüglichen Anforderungen erfüllt sind.
Laufzeit der Garantie
DieGarantiebeziehtsichaufsämtlicheBestandteiledesDejelin
NutriSoups und tritt zum Kaufdatum (Rechnungsdatum) für eine Dauer
von zwei Jahren bei privater Nutzung in Kra.
Gegenstand der Garantie
Die Garantie deckt Material-, Konstruktions- und Herstellungsfehler,
soferndiesebeiderLieferungbereitsbestandenunddasGerät
vomKäufersachgerechtgehandhabtwurde.DieGarantieumfasst
entweder die kostenlose Reparatur oder den Ersatz eines oder
mehrerer fehlerhaer Bestandteile oder den Austausch des gesamten
GerätsgegeneingleichwertigesModell.DieEntscheidungüberdiezu
ergreifende Maßnahme tri die Dalcq AG.
Vorgehen im Garantiefall
Im Fall einer Funktionsstörung oder eines Fehlers informieren Sie bitte
unverzüglich
1.dasGeschä,indemSieIhrGeräterworbenhaben.
2. den Kundendienst (telefonisch, schrilich oder per Fax) unter
Angabe einer detaillierten Beschreibung des Problems, bevor
SieihmdasGerätzuschicken.
