● EG-Konformität / Markierung
Das vorhandene Produkt stimmt mit den Vorschriften fol-
gender europäischer Richtlinien und Normen überein :
- 90/396/EWG Richtlinie für Gasgeräte
Entsprechende Normen : EN 303.1 ; EN 303.2 ; EN 304
- 73/23/EWG Richtlinie zur Verwendung innerhalb
bestimmter Spannungsgrenzen
Entsprechende Norm : EN 60.335.1
- 89/336/EWG Richtlinie des Rates über die elektro-
magnetische Verträglichkeit (BMPT)
Entsprechende Normen EN 50.081.1 ; EN 50.082.1;
EN 55.014.
- 92/42/EWG Wirkungsgradrichtlinie

und wird in folgenden EG-Ländern, in Abhängigkeit
der unterschiedlichen Gebläsebrennertypen ver-
trieben :
AT - BE - CH - DE - DK - ES - FR - GB - GR
IR - LU - NL - PT - SE - IT.
Die Heizkörper sind nach TRD 702 (Bauartzulassung)
geprüft.
● Richtlinie 97/23/EC
Gas- und Ölkessel mit einer maximalen Betriebs-
temperatur von 110°C sowie Trinkwasser-Erwärmer mit
einem maximalen Betriebsüberdruck von 10 bar sind im
Artikel 3.3 der Richtlinie geregelt, und dürfen daher zur
Bestätigung einer Konformität an der Richtlinie 97/23/EG
keine CE-Kennzeichnung tragen.
Die Entwicklung und Herstellung der De Dietrich
Heizkessel und Trinkwasser-Erwärmer nach der in dem
Artikel 3.3 der Richtlinie 97/23/EG angeforderten
Ingenieurpraxis ist durch die Konformität entsprechend
der Richtlinien 90/396/EWG, 92/42/EWG, 73/23/EWG und
89/336/EWG gewährleistet.
