We have an ERF364.. fridge freezer . We don't know how old it is. Its started leaking so that there is a puddle on the floor in front oi the machine which we usually see in the morning . Grateful for any advice what to check and any way to fix the problem]

  I have resolved our problem, it may be the same cause as yours.
  Behind the unit, at the bottom, you have a driptray sitting above the compressor motor. There is a drain which comes from the unit which allows the unit to drop into the tray while on defrost. I found ours was blocked, I removed the block and so far we’ve not had any problems.
