Problemen oplossen
• Het apparaat speelt niet af.
• Er is geen geluid.
• Er wordt een disc afgespeeld, maar er
verschijnt geen beeld of een slecht
beeld.
• Het geluid is onregelmatig.
• De afstandsbediening werkt niet.
• Er wordt geen Dolby Digital 3D-
geluid geproduceerd.
• De toets ‘AUDIO’ of ‘SUBTITLE’
werkt niet.
Controles
Probleem
➤ Als de DVD in het buitenland is aangeschaft, kan deze mogelijk
niet worden afgespeeld. Controleer de regiocode op de DVD; dit
moet de code 2 of All zijn.
➤ Controleer of de DVD juist is geplaatst (met de juiste kant naar
boven gericht).
➤ CD-rom’s en DVD-rom’s kunnen niet worden afgespeeld. (CD-
rom’s en DVD-rom’s geven te weinig informatie.)
➤ De afspeelmodus is ‘SLOW’ of ‘PAUSE’ (bij een niet-normale
afspeelsnelheid wordt er geen geluid geproduceerd)
➤ Hebt u de verschillende onderdelen correct aangesloten?
➤ Controleer de werking van de televisie of versterker.
➤ Controleer de items ‘AUDIO’ en ‘LUIDSPREKR’ bij de instelling
‘STANDRTINST’
➤ Staat de televisie aan?
➤ Hebt u de verschillende onderdelen correct aangesloten?
➤ De afspeelmodus staat mogelijk op ‘PAUSE’.
➤ De disc is vuil of beschadigd.
➤ De disc is mogelijk van slechte kwaliteit.
➤ Controleer de aansluiting op de Dolby digital-versterker.
➤ Controleer of de stekkers stevig vast zitten.
➤ Het is mogelijk dat er vuil zit in het aansluitpunt.
➤ Zorg dat de afstandsbediening zich binnen de toegestane afstand
tot het apparaat bevindt en dat het signaal niet wordt geblokkeerd.
➤ De batterij is zwak of bijna leeg.
➤ U kunt alleen Dolby Digital 3D-geluid krijgen met een Dolby
digital-versterker.
➤ Controleer of uw DVD de aanduiding ‘Dolby Digital’ heeft.
➤ Wanneer u een disc afspeelt met digitale output, drukt u op
‘STOP’ en controleert u vervolgens of ‘DIGITAAL UIT’ is ingesteld
op ‘BITSTREAM’ door op ‘SETUP’ te drukken.
➤ Controleer of de aansluiting correct is.
➤ Als een DVD geen taalinformatie bevat, wordt deze functie niet
ondersteund.
