LA COCCIÓN AL VAPOR
Vierta la cantidad de agua necesaria en la cubeta interior. El volumen
de agua determina el tiempo de cocción al vapor (Consulte la tabla
adjunta).
Coloque los alimentos en la cesta de cocción al vapor y coloque la cesta
encima de la cubeta.
Las verduras deben estar previamente lavadas y peladas.
Coloque la tapadera, poner el interruptor marcha / paro sobre la
posición “I” y mueva el botón hacia abajo (tal y como se indica para la
cocción del arroz). Cuando se haya evaporado el agua, la olla se
pondrá automáticamente en posición “warm” y se encenderá el
indicador luminoso. Utilice un agarrador para retirar la cesta de cocción
al vapor. Es posible cocinar alimentos al vapor al mismo tiempo que el
arroz. Simplemente necesitará vigilar su cocción.

El volumen de agua que ponga en la cubeta interior determinará el
tiempo de cocción al vapor. A modo de indicación, para 160 ml de agua
(1 cup), el tiempo de cocción será de unos 30 minutos, para 80 ml (1/2
cup), será de 15 minutos, etc.
