El robot no funciona Verique que está enchufado.
El motor no se pone en marcha. Un sistema de bloqueo de seguridad impide que el motor se ponga en
marcha cuando el aparato no está correctamente montado. Compruebe
que la cubeta y la tapadera están correctamente jadas.
Si el motor no se pone en marcha, compruebe el cable de alimentación
y el enchufe.
El motor va más despacio. La cantidad de alimentos supera el máximo recomendado. Retire una
parte y proceda en dos tandas.
El robot se apaga de repente. Es posible que la tapa se haya soltado. Compruebe que está bien
colocada.
Un sistema de seguridad protege el motor de recalentamiento o
sobrecarga. Pulse el botón y desenchufe el robot. Espere de 10 a 15
minutos a que el robot se enfríe antes de volverlo a enchufar.
La cuchilla se queda bloqueada. Retire una parte de los alimentos.
Corte los alimentos grandes en trozos antes de triturarlos y proceda
mediante toques para obtener mejores resultados.
La cuchilla se queda bloqueada a pesar
de una reducción de las cantidades en
la jarra.
Apague y desenchufe el robot. Es probable que la cuchilla no esté
colocada correctamente. Verique el montaje del robot.
Los alimentos quedan picados de
forma irregular.
Los ingredientes deben cortarse en trozos de tamaño homogéneo (unos
3 cm) antes de picarlos.
Proceda por tandas para no sobrecargar demasiado el aparato.
Las rebanadas tienen un grosor
irregular.
Coloque alimentos de tamaño homogéneo en el tubo de alimentación.
La presión sobre el embutidor debe ser homogénea.
Queda comida pegada al disco. Es normal que los ingredientes de pequeño tamaño se queden pegados
al disco. Puede cortarlos a mano para añadirlos al resto de la preparación.
