V primeru da ugotovite neskladnost telefona, ki preprečuje njegovo normalno uporabo,

ga zaupajte naši Službi za poprodajne storitve. Če so blagovne znamke ali serijske številke

(IMEI) odstranjene ali spremenjene, ali če vaš nakupni račun manjka ali ni čitljiv, telefon ne

bo popravljen ali zamenjan.

Če je potrjena napaka neskladnosti, vam bodo zamenjali ali popravili celoten ali del vašega

telefona. Ta garancija pokriva tako sestavne dele kot stroške dela.

Priporočamo vam, da pred pošiljanjem telefona naši Službi za poprodajne storitve:

• Zabeležite in skrbno shranite svoj IMEI (*),

• Odstranite kartici SD in SIM,

• Shranite vse svoje osebne podatke. Naš servisni center bo morda moral formatirati vaš

telefon.

(*) Koda IMEI je serijska številka, ki omogoča identiﬁkacijo vašega aparata in spremljanje

poprodajnih storitev. Obstaja več načinov za iskanje kode IMEI:

• Vtipkajte *#06# na tipkovnici svojega mobilnika,

• Preglejte embalažo svojega telefona,

• Na zadnji strani telefona je, glede na model, morda navedena koda IMEI na nalepki ali

znotraj telefona, pod baterijo (če je odstranljiva).

Dokumenti in elementi, ki jih je treba priložiti pri pošiljanju telefona naši Službi za

poprodajne storitve:

• Kopija računa, ki prikazuje datum nakupa, tip izdelka in ime trgovca,

• Številka IMEI telefona,

• Opis napake telefona.
