Basis bediening
AAN/UIT zetten
1. Om de unit aan te zetten, houdt u de AAN-UIT/MENU toets (7) ingedrukt, de LCD display
(3) licht op en toont het kanaal nummer (B) en het CTCSS code nummer (F).
2. Om de unit uit te zetten houdt u de ON-OFF/MENU toets (7) ingedrukt.
Het gebruik van de portofoon
De unit heeft 8 hoofdkanalen en 38 CTCSS codes. U kunt communiceren met elke andere
portofoon die dezelfde hoofdkanalen en CTCSS codes gebruikt.
Spreken met andere portofoons
1. Houd de PTT toets (15) ingedrukt, het TX icoon (Q) licht op in de LCD display (3).
2. Houd de unit in een verticale positie met de microfoon op 5-8 cm van uw mond en spreek.
3. Als u klaar bent met spreken laat u de PTT toets (15) los.
4. U bent nu klaar om binnenkomende gesprekken te ontvangen. Pas het volume zonodig aan.
Het gebruik van de bijgeleverde hoofdtelefoon-microfoon
1. Steek de hoofdtelefoon-microfoon in de hoofdtelefoon aansluiting (2)
2. Houd de PTT toets op de hoofdtelefoon ingedrukt om te praten en laat hem los om te
luisteren.
3. Pas het volume zonodig aan.
Waarschuwing !
Gebruik alleen originele accessoires. Het gebruik van andere accessoires kan schade aan
de portofoon veroorzaken en de garantie doen vervallen.
Zet het volume altijd op het minimum alvorens de hoofdtelefoon aan te sluiten om
schade aan de hoofdtelefoon of uw gehoor te voorkomen.
Kanaal keuze
Druk op de ChANNEL OP (4) of NEER (5) toets om het gewenste kanaal (1-8) te kiezen.
Luidspreker volume aanpassen (8 niveaus)
1. Druk op de VOL OP (14) toets om het niveau te verhogen.
2. Druk op de VOL NEER (13) toets om het niveau te verlagen.
Het LE (B) icoon en het gekozen geluidsniveau (01-08) verschijnen in de display (3).

CTCSS code keuze
De portofoon heeft de beschikking over 38 CTCSS privé codes. Verschillende CTCSS tonen
kunnen geassocieerd zijn met verschillende kanalen. Om de gewenste CTCSS code te kiezen,
gaat u als volgt te werk:
