This product is warranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under
normal household use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period,
such defects will be repaired or the product replaced at the manufacturer°Øs option without
charge. This warranty does not cover exterior or interior finish or damage caused by misuse,
accident, or negligence.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty
service is rendered.
If a problem with this product develops during or after the warranty period, please contact the

  • I took the steam vent apart to clean it, and now I am not sure I have assembled it correctly. When I use the pressure cooker setting, the steam starts releasing out of the vent automatically without releasing the quick release button.
    There’s no detail in the owners manual on how to reassemble this vent.
    Can someone show me a diagram, or explain the order and assembly? Submitted on 31-8-2023 at 01:02
