5. Inspectie, onderhoud en afdanken.

5.1 Algemeen

1. Torsieveren, beugels en andere delen die bevestigd zijn aan veren en

kabels staan onder hoge spanning. Als hiermee niet op je juiste wijze

wordt omgegaan kan letsel of schade ontstaan! Daarom mag er alleen

aan deze onderdelen gewerkt worden door bevoegde monteurs van

overhead deuren!

2. Het vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen moet altijd worden

uitgevoerd door bevoegde monteurs van overhead deuren.

3. Schakel altijd de hoofdelektriciteitsvoorziening uit als de deur wordt

nagekeken. Zorg ervoor dat het niet mogelijk is de

elektriciteitsvoorziening weer in te schakelen zonder dat je het weet.

PERIODIEK ONDERHOUD:

Na installatie:

1. Smeer de loopvlakken van de rails Technicus

2. Smeer de lagers van de looprollen Technicus

3. Smeer de assen van de looprollen Technicus

4. Smeer de lagers van de as Technicus

5. Smeer de scharnierpennen Technicus

6. Smeer de vergrendeling Technicus

7. Bescherm de panelen met autowas Gebruiker

8. Vet de rubberafdichtingen licht in met vaseline Gebruiker

Na 3 maanden:

1. Een volledige visuele inspectie Technicus

2. Kijk het balanceersysteem na en indien nodig stel het af Technicus

3. Smeer indien nodig alle hierboven genoemde onderdelen Technicus

Elke 6 maanden (of na elke 750 op-en-neer bewegingen):

1. Controleer de zijafdichting op schade of slijtage Gebruiker

2. Controleer de bovenafdichting op schade of slijtage Gebruiker

3. Controleer de onderafdichting op schade of slijtage Gebruiker

4. Smeer alle hierboven genoemde onderdelen Gebruiker

5. Maak de panelen schoon Gebruiker

6. Maak de ramen schoon (alleen met water, gebruik geen doeken) Gebruiker

7. Verwijder vuil en afval van de deur en de ruimte erom heen Gebruiker
