Avec le volant d’inertie et le PM5 positionnés face à vous
comme illustré, fixez les deux bras sur l’avant du corps du
SkiErg avec les quatre vis.
Note: Les repères du bras gauche (L) et droite (R) sont
renseignés à l’intérieur.
Das Windrad und der PM5 zeigen nach vorne, dann montieren
Sie die beiden oberen Arme an der Vorderseite des Haupt-
Korpus mit vier Schrauben.
Wichtig: Die oberen Arme sind jeweils mit den Buchstaben L
(für links) und R (für rechts) gekennzeichnet.
Met het vliegwiel en de PM5 naar voren wijzend zoals op het
voorbeeld, bevestig je de boven armen aan de voorkant van het
frame van de SkiErg. Hiervoor gebruik je 4 Torx-schroeven.
NB: De boven armen zijn aan de binnenzijde gelabeld met L
voor links en R voor rechts.
Lägg enheten såsom bilden visar med PM5 vänd uppåt. Fäst de
båda tvärstagen mot framsidan på SkiErg med fyra skruvar.
OBS: De båda tvärstagen är märkta med R för höger sida och L
för vänstersida.
Vauhtipyörän ja monitorin osoittaessa ylös kuten kuvassa,
kiinnitä ylätukivarret laitteen runkoon 4 ruuvilla
HUOM! Ylätukivarret on merkattu L = Vasen ja R = oikea
Med viften og PM5 pekende opp som vist, fest de øvre armene
til forsiden av SkiErg hoveddel med fire skruer.
Note: De øvre armene er merket på innsiden med L for venstre
og R for høyre.
With the flywheel and PM5 facing up as shown, attach the
upper arms to the front side of the SkiErg body using four
fasteners.
Note: The upper arms are labeled on the inside with L for left
and R for right.

Læg svinghjul og PM5 med bagsiden op, som vist, fastgør de
