23. DECLARATION OF GUARANTEE
You (the end-user) receive a 24-month warranty from the date of sale.
Please keep the proof of purchase for this device for the duration of the guarantee, as this
must be enclosed in the event of any complaints.
The two-year manufacturer's warranty is provided by Ciclosport K.W. Hochschorner GmbH,
Lohenstr. 11, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany. The manufacturer's warranty is valid throughout
Europe. It includes the assumption of all repair costs for defects that occur during the above-
mentioned warranty period.
The warranty applies in addition to the other rights of the buyer. Notwithstanding this
warranty, the warranty holder has the legal rights of the purchaser, e.g. warranty or product
liability. The statutory rights of the purchaser are not limited by this warranty. They apply
without restriction in addition to this guarantee.
Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods caused by:
- abusive or improper handling of Environmental influences
(water/ humidity, heat/sunlight, overvoltage, dust etc.)
- failure to observe any safety precautions
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall, pressure)
- unauthorized repair attempts (e.g. opening the device)
- normal wear and tear.
After sending in the product and presenting the proof of purchase, the device will be repaired
free of charge or exchanged by an equivalent product. Ciclosport K.W.Hochschorner GmbH
reserves the right to adapt the warranty service to technical progress. A purchase price
refund by the guarantor is not possible!
Warranty processing:
The article has been manufactured using the most modern production methods and has been
subjected to strict quality controls. Should defects occur during the warranty period, please
contact the manufacturer exclusively and not your dealer in the case of warranty claims
within Germany!
(Customers outside of Germany please contact the seller or the responsible
distribution in their home country).
