Stap 11:
Montage van de afschermplaat gewichten (16).
1. Schuif het 4 houder van de afschermplaat gewichten (28) elk
bovenste en onderste zijt van de twee afschermplaat gewichten
(16). Bevestig het afschermplaat gewichten (16) met behulp van
kabelbinders (61) om de bovenste en onderste bevestiging van de
houder voor afschermplaat gewichten (22+82).
2. Om de afschermplaat gewichten (16) strakker of om te ontspan-
nen draai de vleugelmoer (33) rechtsom of linksom Met de klok mee.
De gewichten moeten worden in de op-en neergaande beweging
raak de afschermplaat gewichten (16).
Stap 12:
Controle:
1. Alle armaturen, klikken en touwen op de juiste controleer de
montage en functie.
2. Achtste voor de training dat de aanbevolen veiligheidsafstanden
worden nageleefd andere objecten.
3. Bij het gebruik van het apparaat ervoor dat er altijd een geschikt
hoofddeksels en kleding wordt gedragen. Dit heeft tot uitsluiten
dat ergens met de haren of kleding kan worden geplakt of het
haar en kleding worden toegevoerd aan een bewegend deel van
de inrichting kan.
4. Als alles in orde is, kunt u komen met uw fitnessapparatuur
hebben vertrouwd te raken met het lichte gewicht ladingen. Het
plaatsen van het gewicht afhankelijk van de behoefte. Het apparaat
is tot max. 67kg belasting geschikt.
Veiligstellen gewichten:
Of een of meer gewichten worden toegepast: de gewichten moet
altijd worden beveiligd tegen vallen. Dit wordt gedaan met het
afsluitpen voor gewichten (30).
