9. PROBLEEMOPLOSSING
Probleem Oplossing
De robot schakelt niet in
of begint niet met schoon-
maken.
• De robot kan niet werken met een laag batterijpercentage.
Laat de robot opladen voordat u hem opnieuw gebruikt.
• De temperatuur van de kamer is lager dan 0 ºC of hoger dan
50 ºC. Gebruik de robot op plaatsen waar de temperatuur
binnen de aangegeven waarden ligt.
De robot laadt niet op of
kan niet terugkeren naar het
oplaadstation.
• Er bevinden zich te veel obstakels in de buurt van het
oplaadstation. Verplaats het oplaadstation naar een plaats
zonder obstakels.
• Maak de oplaadpoorten schoon.
• Zorg ervoor dat de aan/uit-schakelaar aan staat.
• De robot bevindt zich te ver van het oplaadstation. Plaats de
robot dichter bij het oplaadstation en probeer het opnieuw.
• Er is te weinig vrije ruimte rond het oplaadstation of
de oplaadpoorten zijn niet schoon. Zorg ervoor dat de
oplaadpoorten schoon zijn.
De robot werkt niet correct.
•Schakel de robot uit, zet de aan/uit-schakelaar in de uit-po-
sitie en schakel de robot opnieuw in.
De robot maakt een raar
geluid tijdens het schoon-
maken.
• De centrale borstel, de zijdelingse borstels of het omnidi-
rectioneel wieltje zijn verstrikt. Schakel de robot uit en maak
hem schoon.
De robot maakt niet efciënt
schoon of verliest vuiligheid.
• Het vuilreservoir is vol. Leeg het reservoir en maak het
efciënte lter schoon als het geblokkeerd is.
• Het efciënte lter is geblokkeerd. Maak het lter schoon.
• De centrale borstel is verstrikt met een object, maak het
schoon.
De robot kan geen ver-
binding maken met het
winetwerk.
• Het wisignaal is slecht, controleer het signaal.
• De wiverbinding is niet stabiel. Start de router opnieuw
op, controleer of er updates zijn voor de app en probeer het
opnieuw.
De robot heeft niet de ge-
programmeerde schoon-
maak uitgevoerd.
• Controleer of de robot in de Nacht-stand staat en verander
de stand. De robot zal geen geprogrammeerde schoonmaak
uitvoeren als hij in de Nacht-stand staat.
• Zorg ervoor dat de robot verbonden is met het netwerk. De
robot kan geen geprogrammeerde schoonmaak uitvoeren
zonder verbinding.
De robot keert niet terug
naar het oplaadstation
nadat hij de puntsgewijze
schoonmaak heeft
beëindigd of nadat hij van
beginpositie is veranderd.
• De robot zal een nieuwe route berekenen en plannen nadat
hij heeft schoongemaakt in de puntsgewijze stand of nadat
hij van beginpositie is veranderd.
• Als het oplaadstation ver verwijderd is van de robot, dan
zal de robot niet automatisch terugkeren. Breng de robot
handmatig naar het oplaadstation.
