Om transacties te verrichten, dient u eerst de betaalautomaat te activeren met een dagopening.
Toets < >, vervolgens wachtwoord ‘99999’, bevestig met <OK>. De dag is nu geopend.
Dagafsluiting
In de betaalautomaat worden de dagtotalen bijgehouden. Na het sluiten van de dag wordt een rapport van alle
uitgevoerde transacties geprint.
Toets < >, vervolgens wachtwoord ‘99999’, bevestig met <OK>.
2.TRANSACTIES VERWERKEN
Kies voor <BETALING>.
Voer het bedrag in, gevolgd door <OK>. In uw display staat nu [KAART LEZEN].
De kaarthouder steekt de kaart in chipkaartlezer of haalt deze door de magneetkaartlezer.
Let op: Als de voorkeur aanstaat voor een bepaald transactie type (pin, Maestro), dan staat in de display van de
kaarthouder: MAESTRO, OK? CORR = ANDERS. Als de kaarthouder de <CORR> toets indrukt wordt een
keuzescherm geopend. De kaarthouder toetst vervolgens het getal in dat correspondeert met de gewenste keuze.
De kaarthouder toetst de pincode in en keurt het bedrag goed met <OK>.
Als de transactie is gelukt ziet u in de display: ‘TRANSACTIE AKKOORD’. Er wordt een bon geprint.
3.LITERPRIJZEN
De prijzen voor de brandstof veranderen. Voor de aanpassing in de betaalautomaat is het handig om de Producttabel
erbij te houden. Zo weet u welke code u moet invoeren voor de brandstof. Om de brandstofprijzen aan te passen,
kunt u de volgende handelingen verrichten:
Kies:
>[MENU]
>MANAGER MENU
>MANAGER WACHTWOORD <99999> gevolgd door <OK>
>CONFIGUREREN
>TERMINAL
>PRODUCTPRIJZEN
De betaalautomaat vraagt om de productcode die op de Producttabel onder code staat. Druk op <OK> voor
bevestiging. Om aan te passen drukt u op de <CORR> toets. Voer de nieuwe literprijs in en bevestigen met <OK>.
4.PRINTROL VERVANGEN
Open de printkap
door op de knop
(rechts) te drukken
en verwijder de
lege huls.
Plaats de printrol in de
betaalautomaat.
Plaats de rol op dezelfde
manier zoals op de
afbeelding hiernaast, anders
wordt de tekst niet geprint.
Laat het papier een stukje
uitsteken en sluit de
printklep.
