9. Probleem – Oorzaak - Oplossing

De machine gaat niet aan
De stekker zit er niet goed in.
Controleer de stekker en stop
hem goed in het stopcontact.
De compressor start op en stopt
een paar seconden later.
De lucht circuleert niet goed.
1. Ben er zeker van dat er zich
niets boven op de machine bevind
en dat niets de luchtroosters
blokkeert.
2. Reinig de luchtfilters als er zich
stof en andere viezigheid op
bevind.
De machine staat in productie
alleen er komt geen softijs uit de
tap kop.
Er bevind zich nog water in de
tapkop wat nu vastgevroren is in
de tap.
1. Wacht tot het ijs in de cilinder
smelt.
2. Laat het water smelten en tap
vervolgens eerst wat ijs voordat u
de machine weer in productie zet.
De machine staat in productie
maar het softijs is zacht.
1.De machine heeft een tijd in
productie gestaan alleen er is een
hele periode geen softijsgetapt.
2.Het softijs is te snel uit de
cilinder getapt.
1. Tap het ijs om het ijs in de
cilinder te vernieuwen.
2. Onthoud dat de machine een
maximale productiecapaciteit
heeft. Stel indien nodig de uitgifte
van het ijs in.
De machine lekt softijs boven of
onder de tap kop plug ondanks de
taphendel gesloten is.
1.Tapstif is bevestigd zonder
O-ring of de O-ring is kapot.
Als de O ring mist plaats deze
opnieuw en als deze gebroken is
vervang de O ring.
Er bevind zich mix in de lekbak,
welke zich in de koeling bevind.
1.De cream seal van het roerwerk
zit niet op de as of is kapot.
2.Er komt softijsmix uit de uitgifte
tijdens het bijvullen
1. Plaats de seal cream als deze
mist of vervang deze als de
cream seal kapot is.
2. Let op tijdens het bijvullen van
de tank dat u geen mix knoeit.
De piston is moeilijk te bewegen.
1.Er is ijsmix opgedroogd aan de
O-ringen of tapstif waardoor deze
moeilijker glijd in de tapkop.
1. Reinig de O-ringen en de
piston en smeer de O-ringen
vervolgens weer in met Carpilube
Er komt softijs uit de tapkop
1.De O ring zijn niet bevestigd of
ze zijn beschadigd
2.De tapkopschroeven zijn niet
goed bevestigd.
1. Bekijk de O ringen en indien
nodig vervang ze.
2. Zet de machine in stopstand en
draai de tapkopschroeven
vervolgens goed aan.
