Safety instructions when operating the appliance
Always use the appliance for the appropriate purpose!
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
Keep packaging material e.g. plastic bags out of the reach of
children!
Warning! Risk of electric shock
Never use the appliance with wet hands, in the bath or shower
or over a filled washbasin. If the appliance falls into water,
remove the mains plug immediately. Under no circumstances
reach into the water when the appliance is still connected to the
power supply!

since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the
appliance is switched off!
Never put the appliance on soft cushions or blankets during
operation!
Do not place the appliance or the connecting cable on hot

To avoid damaging of the hair the air outlet should not be too
close to the hair!
Do not cover the air intake or air outlet during use!
Make sure that you switch off the appliance when not in
continuous use!
The appliance is fitted with an overload protection.
Additional protection is provided by the installation of a fault
current protection device with a nominal trigger current of 30mA
max. In the house wiring. Please contact your electrician for
further details.
Remove the plug from the mains:
- if the unit does not function properly
- before cleaning
- after every use
