Nummerherhaling wanneer de lijn bezet is
Er zijn twee methoden voor nummerherhaling: Handmatige nummerherhaling
en Automatische nummerherhaling. Deze paragraaf geeft informatie over de
twee methoden.
Handmatige nummerherhaling
Druk op Nummerherhaling/Pauze om het laatste nummer dat u met de
numerieke toetsen heeft gekozen opnieuw te kiezen. (Hiermee wordt de
nummerherhaling gestart, ongeacht of automatische nummerherhaling is
geactiveerd.)
Annuleren van handmatige nummerherhaling
Om handmatige nummerherhaling te annuleren, drukt u op Stop.
Automatische nummerherhaling
Wat is automatische nummerherhaling?
Wanneer u een document verzendt via geheugenverzending (→ pag. 7-5) en de
lijn van de andere partij is bezet, dan wacht de fax gedurende een ingestelde tijd
en herhaalt het nummer vervolgens automatisch. Dit wordt Automatische
nummerherhaling genoemd.
Aan de melding AUT.NUM.HERH. en het transactienummer (TX/RX NR.)op
het display kunt u zien dat de fax wacht om het nummer te herhalen.
De opties voor automatische nummerherhaling stellen u in staat het aantal
keren dat de fax het nummer herhaalt, alsmede de interval tussen herhalingen
aan te passen. U kunt automatische nummerherhaling, indien gewenst, ook
uitschakelen.
Als de pogingen voor automatische nummerherhaling geen succes hebben, zal
de fax de verzending annuleren en een FOUT TX RAPPORT afdrukken om u
te melden dat de verzending niet gelukt is (→ pag. 11-4).
Annuleren van automatische nummerherhaling
Automatische nummerherhaling kan niet met de stoptoets worden geannuleerd,
terwijl de fax wacht om het nummer te herhalen. U kunt wachten tot de fax het
nummer begint te herhalen en vervolgens de onderstaande procedure volgen.
Wilt u de verzending echter annuleren terwijl de fax wacht om het nummer te
herhalen, dan dient u het document uit het geheugen te verwijderen (→ pag.
9-9).
Vold deze procedure om automatische nummerherhaling te annuleren wanneer
de fax begint het nummer te herhalen:
