BEDIENINGSPANEEL

INSCHAKELEN
Steek de stekker van het apparaat in het stopcontact. Het aan-uitlampje (5) gaat nu aan ten teken dat de vriezer is
ingeschakeld.
Draai de thermostaatknop (1) naar rechts tot voorbij stand 0 (Stop). Het apparaat is nu in werking.
Zet knop 1 op stand 0 om de vriezer uit te schakelen.
DE TEMPERATUUR INSTELLEN
De thermostaatknop kan op stand 1 (minder koud) t/m 7 (koudste stand) worden gezet. Om ingevroren
levensmiddelen goed te bewaren, moet de temperatuur minimaal -12 °C of lager zijn. Wacht totdat het
waarschuwingslampje (4) uitgaat; de optimale temperatuur is dan bereikt.
De temperatuur wordt automatisch aangepast en kan worden verhoogd (minder koud) of verlaagd (kouder) door
de knop respectievelijk op een lagere of hogere stand te zetten. Meestal is een tussenliggende instelling vereist.
De stand van de thermostaat moet waarschijnlijk worden gewijzigd omdat de temperatuur in de vriezer wordt
bepaald door:
• de omgevingstemperatuur;
• het aantal keren dat de deuren worden geopend;
• de hoeveelheid voedsel die wordt bewaard;
• de plaats waar het apparaat is opgesteld.
SNELVRIEZEN
Druk schakelaar 2 in. Het lampje van de snelvriesfunctie (3) gaat nu aan. De snelvriesfunctie kan handmatig
worden onderbroken door schakelaar 2 nogmaals in te drukken. Het gele lampje (3) gaat dan uit.
WAARSCHUWINGSLAMPJE
Het waarschuwingslampje (4) gaat aan als de temperatuur in de vriezer boven een waarde stijgt die gevaarlijk
kan zijn voor langdurige opslag van levensmiddelen (hoger dan -12 °C). Het is echter normaal dat het
waarschuwingslampje nog even blijft branden als het apparaat wordt ingeschakeld, d.w.z. totdat de optimale
temperatuur is bereikt voor het bewaren van levensmiddelen.
