MIKROVALOVI + ŽAR
Pri tem načinu se živilo segreva zaradi toplote, ki jo oddaja grelec žara, in s pomočjo
mikrovalov. Vrata morajo biti zaprta, vrtljiva plošča pa se vrti, tako da se jed enakomerno
zapeče.
Ustrezna posoda
Uporabite na toploto odporno posodo, ki prepušča mikrovalove. Kovinske posode niso
primerne. Plastičnih posod ne uporabljajte, saj bi se lahko stalile.
Ustrezna živila
Za pripravljanje s kombinacijo mikrovalov in žara so primerne vse vrste že pripravljenih
jedi, ki jih želite zapeči po vrhu, npr. narastki iz testenin, ter druga živila, ki jih želite zapeči,
na primer debelejši kosi mesa (kosi piščanca – na sredi predvidenega časa pečenja jih
obrnite)… Upoštevajte v tabeli podane nasvete.
Živilo na sredi predvidenega časa pečenja obrnite, da se zapeče z obeh strani.

Najprej žar predgrevajte 4 minute. V razpredelnici so navedeni orientacijski časi.
