- Ñëåä êàòî èçñòèíå íàïúëíî, óðåäúò òðÿáâà äà ñå

äàëå÷ îò äîñòúïà íà äåöà, íî íèêîãà â ïîäçåìíî
ïîìåùåíèå èëè ìàçå.
- Àêî â ïàòðîíà èìà ãàç, íî óðåäúò íå ñå çàïàëâà, íå
îïèòâàéòå äà ãî ïîïðàâèòå ñàìè, îòíåñåòå ãî â
ìàãàçèíà, îò êîéòî ñòå ãî êóïèëè.
- Äåìîíòèðàéòå ïàòðîíà, êàêòî å óêàçàíî â ïàðàã-

- Îñèãóðåíî å ïúëíî ãàðàíöèîííî îáñëóæâàíå íà
ïðîäóêòà çà ñðîê îò 2 (äâå) ãîäèíè ïî îòíîøåíèå
íà ðåçåðâíè ÷àñòè è òðóä, ñ÷èòàíî îò äàòàòà íà
ïîêóïêà.
- Ãàðàíöèÿòà ñå ïðèëàãà, êîãàòî äîñòàâåíèÿò
ïðîäóêò íå îòãîâàðÿ íà ïîðú÷êàòà èëè å äåôåêòåí,
ñëåä ïðåäñòàâÿíå íà äîêóìåíò, äîêàçâàù äàòàòà
íà ïîêóïêàòà (íàïðèìåð : ôàêòóðà, êàñîâà
áåëåæêà) è îïèñàíèå íà âúçíèêíàëèÿ ïðîáëåì.
- Ïðåäè äà áúäàò îòíåñåíè â îòîðèçèðàí öåíòúð çà
ñëåäïðîäàæáåí ñåðâèç, ïðîäóêòèòå, ðàáîòåùè íà
ãàç òðÿáâà äà áúäàò îòäåëåíè îò ïàòðîíà èëè
áóòèëêàòà ñ ãàç, êúì êîèòî ñà ñâúðçàíè.
- Ïðîäóêòúò ìîæå äà áúäå ïîïðàâåí, çàìåíåí èëè
ñòîéíîñòòà ìó äà áúäå ÷àñòè÷íî èëè èçöÿëî âúç-
ñòàíîâåíà.
- Ãàðàíöèÿòà å íåâàëèäíà, àêî ïîâðåäàòà å
íàñòúïèëà âñëåäñòâèå íà (i) íåïðàâèëíà óïîòðåáà
èëè ñúõðàíåíèå íà ïðîäóêòà, (ii) ëèïñàòà íà ïîää-
ðúæêà èëè ïîääðúæêà, êîÿòî íå ñúîòâåòñòâà íà
óêàçàíèÿòà çà óïîòðåáà, (iii) ïîïðàâêà, ïðîìÿíà,
ïîääðúæêà íà ïðîäóêòà îò òðåòè ëèöà, êîèòî íå ñà
ëèöåíçèðàíè çà òàçè äåéíîñò, (iv) óïîòðåáà íà íåî-
ðèãèíàëíè ðåçåðâíè ÷àñòè.
- ÇÀÁÅËÅÆÊÀ : ïðîôåñèîíàëíàòà óïîòðåáà íà
ïðîäóêòà íå å ïðåäìåò íà íàñòîÿùàòà ãàðàíöèÿ.
- Âðåìåòî çà èçâúðøâàíå íà äåéíîñòè ïî
ãàðàíöèîííîòî îáñëóæâàíå íà ïðîäóêòà íå
óäúëæàâà ñðîêà íà ãàðàíöèÿòà.
- Íàñòîÿùàòà ãàðàíöèÿ íå íàðóøàâà ïî íèêàêúâ
íà÷èí ïðàâàòà, ãàðàíòèðàíè íà ïîòðåáèòåëèòå îò
çàêîíà.
- Çà ðåêëàìàöèè ñå îáðúùàéòå êúì íàøèÿ îòäåë çà
îáñëóæâàíå íà êëèåíòè.
