Na výrobok sa vzahuje záruka v trvaní 2 roky od dátumu nákupu, s výnimkou nákladov spojených s vrátením výrobku,

ktoré znáa spotrebite¾. Záruka sa uplatòuje, keï dodaný výrobok spåòa poiadavky na obsluhu alebo je nefunkèný, ak je

reklamácia podloená dokladom, potvrdzujúcim dátum nákupu (napr. faktúra, pokladnièný blok). Výrobok musí by vráte-

ný priamo, kompletný a nedemontovaný, jednému zo schválených popredajných servisných stredísk a reklamácia obs-

ahuje opis povahy problému. Výrobok, ktorý je predmetom reklamácie, môe by buï opravený, vymenený alebo môu

by zaò vrátené peniaze, úplne alebo z èasti. Záruka je neplatná a neuplatòuje sa pri kode spôsobenej v dôsledku (i)

nesprávneho pouívania alebo skladovania výrobku, (ii) chybnej údrby výrobku alebo údrby, ktorá nie je v súlade s návo-

dom na pouitie, (iii) opravy, úpravy, údrby výrobku vykonanej neoprávnenými tretími osobami, (iv) pouitia neoriginál-

nych náhradných dielov.

We have two CR5000 models that both behave in the same manner when ignited. The pilot light comes on in both cases but both just flare up periodically and don't redden up and give out heat .
What could the problem be?
