Video-aansluitingen
De DVD85 heeft videoaansluitingen voor composiet-video (CVBS), S-Video
(SVHS), scart (zowel RGB als CVBS) en component-video (YCbCr). De
DVD89 beschikt ook over de digitale video-aansluitingen DVI-D en HDMI.
Audio-aansluitingen
Digitale uitgangen - De DVD89 heeft ook optische en coaxiale digitale
uitgangen. Via deze uitgangen kunt u het digitale geluid van een disc
naar een AV-ontvanger met digitale ingang sturen ter decodering en
versterking. Beide uitgangen vervullen dezelfde functie - u kunt gewoon
het type kiezen dat het beste past bij wat u wilt.
Analoge uitgangen (audio uit) - Beide spelers hebben een standaard
AANSLUITINGEN OP DE ACHTERKANT
RCA-stereouitgang (phono) voor aansluiting op een gewone
stereoversterker. Ook beschikken ze over een gedecodeerde
zeskanaals-uitgang in Dolby Digital 5.1-formaat om een 6-kanaals
versterker aan te sluiten. SACD en DVD-Audio kunnen alleen via deze
analoge 5.1 audio-uitgangen worden afgespeeld. zie het hoofdstuk over
"Een introductie over DVD Audio" op pagina 152.
Let op: Een disc met DTS-geluid zal dit DTS-signaal alleen via de digitale
uitgangen aanbieden ter decodering door een externe versterker. (DTS-
doorgifte).
Netstroom
Maak eerst alle aansluitingen naar de versterker, en sluit dan pas het
netsnoer aan op een stopcontact.
