Mono/Bridged-aansluitingen
De op dit apparaat afgestemde Azur 840W vermogensversterker heeft
Mono en Bridged Mono-instellingen die het mogelijk maken twee (of
meer) 840W’s te gebruiken als mono-blocs voor systemen van
topklasse. Hieronder vindt u een voorbeeld van het gebruik van twee
840W’s in Bridged Mono met een 840E.
In de modus Bridged Mono drijft iedere 840W één luidspreker aan door
zijn uitgangskanalen, waardoor deze gebruikt wordt als een 500W
mono-versterker in plaats van een 200wpc stereo-versterker. Eén 840W
drijft de linkse luidspreker aan, en de andere de rechtse. Raadpleeg de
handleiding van de 840W voor meer informatie over Bridged Mono en
andere mogelijke combinaties.
In het onderstaande voorbeeld worden gebalanceerde aansluitingen
gebruikt van de 840E naar elke 840W. Ongebalanceerde aansluitingen
kunnen ook worden gebruikt, het basisprincipe is hetzelfde.
Belangrijk! Instellingen voor de 840W
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat uitgeschakeld is voordat u luidsprekers
aansluit en gebruik alleen geschikte verbindingen (bijvoorbeeld
banaanstekkers). Zorg er ook voor dat de positieve (+) en negatieve (-)
aansluitingen gelegd zijn zoals in het schema.
Wanneer u de gebalanceerde (XLR) aansluitingen gebruikt, moeten de
schakelaars voor Links en Rechts Ingangstype op de 840W op ‘Balanced’
(Gebalanceerd) staan. Wanneer u de ongebalanceerde (phono/RCA)
aansluitingen gebruikt, moeten de schakelaars voor Links en Rechts
Ingangstype op de 840W op ‘Unbalanced’ (Ongebalanceerd) staan.
Gebruik alleen de linkse ingangen op de 840W voor de modus Bridged.
In deze configuratie moet de schakelaar Stereo/Mono op de 840W op
‘Mono' staan en de schakelaar voor de modus Mono moet op ‘Bridged’
staan.
