STAP 1: ACTIVEER UW SMARTCARD
Activeer de smartcard van Caiway bij voorkeur binnen één week nadat u deze
ontvangen heeft. Anders loopt u het risico te moeten betalen voor onze diensten
terwijl u daarvan nog niet volledig gebruik maakt.
1. Zet uw computer aan.
2. Ga in uw internet browser naar http://activeren.caiway.nl.
Klik na iedere stap op Volgende.
3. Vul uw activeringscode in.
De activeringscode vindt u op de door Caiway gestuurde brief.
4. Controleer uw gegevens op het scherm.
5. Vul uw smartcardnummer in. U vindt dit nummer achter op de smartcard.
6. Vink aan dat u akkoord gaat met de algemene voorwaarden van Caiway.

STAP 2: STEL DE ONTVANGER IN
1. Sluit uw televisie aan op de door u aangelegde coaxkabel.
2. Zet uw televisie aan.
3. Ga naar het installatiemenu en volg de installatieprocedure op uw scherm.
De installatieprocedure hangt af van uw televisie.
Raadpleeg hiervoor de handleiding van uw televisie.
Meestal moet u de onderstaande acties uitvoeren:
1. Kies de taal.
2. Kies het land.
3. Kies de antennebron of het signaaltype. Kies voor DVB-C of anders voor kabel (cable).
4. Stel de juiste zenderwaarden in voor uw locatie (zie de tabel op de laatste bladzijde).
5. De ontvanger stelt de zenderlijst samen (dit kan enige tijd duren).
De zenderlijst met gevonden digitale televisie- en radiokanalen komt in beeld.
Wilt u een lijst met uw favoriete zenders in de juiste volgorde maken? Raadpleeg daarvoor de
handleiding van uw televisie.
6. Sla indien gevraagd de zenders op.
