NUMMERBEHOUD EN UW HUIDIGE TELEFONIE ABONNEMENT

Als u uw huidige telefoonnummer wilt behouden, regelt Caiway hiervoor de opzegging bij uw huidige telefonieprovider. Zeg in dat geval nooit

zelf uw telefonieabonnement op. Caiway kan uw nummer dan namelijk niet meer overnemen.

• Als u uw huidige telefoonnummer wilt behouden en u heeft dit niet bij uw aanmelding aangegeven, vul dan op de website alsnog de

machtigingskaart voor nummerbehoud in.

Het overzetten van uw nummer neemt maximaal 14 werkdagen in beslag.

• Als u uw huidige nummer niet wilt behouden, moet u zelf uw telefonieabonnement opzeggen bij uw telefonieprovider. U kunt hiervoor

gebruikmaken van de handige overstapservice van Caiway via: www.caiway.nl/overstappen.

• Als u nu gebruik maakt van een carrier preselect telefoniedienst (bijvoorbeeld Tele2) dan moet u dit telefonieabonnement áltijd zelf

opzeggen. U moet bij een carrier preselect telefonieabonnement dus ook zelf opzeggen als u uw telefoonnummer wilt behouden bij uw

overstap naar Caiway.
