Disconnect aBluetooth connection:
If it is not possible to establish aconnection, please check and update the software release
(firmware) of your mobile phone or of the hands-free set. Youwill find an overview dealing with
this subject in the internet under www.bury.com. In addition it is possible that you must delete all
devices connected to your mobile phone first in order to enable acorrect identification of the
hands-free set and aconnection can be established. If you have questions with regard to the
menu navigation, functions and operation of your mobile phone, please refer to the operating
guidelines of your mobile phone. Depending on the manufacturer and type, this can differ
considerably between phones.
The hands-free set has amemory for the storage of the identification of up to 5mobile phones.
In case asixth mobile phone is connected, the oldest entry in the hands-free set memory is
cancelled.
If you wish to cancel aBluetooth connection, you can either disconnect it conveniently at the
hands-free set or at your mobile phone. In addition, the connection is disconnected, if you move
too far away from the vehicle while taking your mobile phone with you and thus leave the
reception radius of the hands-free set.
After 15 minutes without an active Bluetooth connection (stand-by), the hands-free set is
switched-offautomatically if it is still supplied with power. This serves to protect the main
battery.Ifyou come back to your vehicle within that period of time you can initiate amanual
interconnection by pressing key 5for three seconds.
Insert the cigarette lighter plug of the hands-free car kit (HFCK) into the cigarette lighter jack (12
Volt) of your vehicle, if you have not realized the power supply of the HFCK otherwise. Now
establish the power supply of the HFCK (e.g. by 'ignition on'). Please press key 5for 3seconds
to activate the system. The HFCK then tries for tries for about 10 seconds to establish a
connection with the mobile phone connected last.
If you wish to establish aBluetooth connection for the first time, you have to activate the
Bluetooth function of your mobile phone and search for Bluetooth devices. In this case, search
for adevice labelled "Comfort VISION“. If several devices were identified, please select the
HFCK and enter the PIN number 1234. The Bluetooth connection (pairing) will then be
established between your mobile phone and the HFCK. The HFCK supportsthe profiles
"hands-free operation" and "OPP". Please set your mobile phone accordingly or check if these
profiles are supported.

Please note that the capacity of your mobile phone's storage battery can quickly decrease
when the Bluetooth function is active. If you do not want to use the Bluetooth function anymore,
e.g. if you leave the vehicle for alonger period, it is recommended to deactivate this function.
Please note that some of the functions/displays specified subsequently are only possible if they
are supported by the mobile phone!
After switching on the hands-free set the main mask appears. It informs you whether amobile
phone is connected via Bluetooth or not. If yes, itsBTidentification name appears on the
display.Additionally, the field strength (the reception) is displayed as well as the storage
capacity of the mobile phone and the name of the network operator.
With the leftarrow key (key 1) and subsequently with the right arrow key (key 6) you access the
submenu structure. This consistsofthe sub-menus:
-Call lists(Dialled calls, Received calls, Missed calls),
-Phonebook,
-Bluetooth (Disconnect, SW-Update, SW-Version),
-Language,
-Pair remote control (CV 9011).

keyboard layout in the respective modi please refer to the following descriptions.
The structure of the submenu 'Call lists' is similar to the menu navigation, as you are used to it
from mobile phones. It can thus trace the numbers dialed, the calls that you have received and
the calls that you have missed.
In the submenu 'Phonebook', the first 100 memory entries of the SIM card (phonebook)
inserted in the mobile phone are displayed. The display of the hands-free set liststhe entries in
alphabetical order, itcould however contain the storage memory numbers 16, 3, 78, 45 etc. If
you have more than 100 entries (names +phone numbers) stored on your SIM card and you
want the most important of them to be displayed, you should perform arelocation. Please refer
to the operation manual of your mobile phone for details. Please note that the entries stored on
your mobile phone (addressbook) are not displayed.
Menu navigations:
Exceptions are mobile phones
transmitting datatothe HFCK via the "Object Push Profile" (OPP). The datatransmitted via this
protocol are permanently saved by the HFCK. The memory can only be deleted after the
function "software update" has been performed. It is sufficient here to call the function without
uploading an update. If the main mask appears after the "Please wait" message, please
disconnect the power supply (e.g. by removing the monitor). After re-commissioning the
memory is deleted.
In the next sub-menu 'Bluetooth' the sub item 'Disconnect' enables you to disconnect an active
Bluetooth connection from the HFCK. The HFCK then switches to the stand-by mode. In the
sub item 'SW-Update' you can replace the version of the system software (firmware) which is
transferred to the hands-free car kit by an updated version. For identifying the current firmware
of the HFCK and how to replace it, please refer to the corresponding product category on our
homepage under www.bury.com. There, the corresponding files will then be at your disposal for
download as soon as anew firmware is available.
