GARANTIE LIMITÉE DE CINQ ANS – Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems (nommé ci--après « la société ») garantit ce
produit comme étant exempt de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication. Si un défaut apparaît pendant une période de cinq ans
à partir de la date originale d’installation du produit (que l’usage débute ou non à cette date) la société fournira gratuitement
une pièce neuve ou remise à neuf, à la seule appréciation de la société, pour remplacer la pièce défectueuse.
Cette garantie n’inclut pas les coûts de main--d’œuvre et autres coûts de diagnostic, de réparation, de démontage,
d’installation, d’expédition, de réparation ou de manutention des pièces défectueuses et des pièces de remplacement.
CONDITIONS DE LA GARANTIE:
1. Les garanties ne s’appliquent qu’aux produits situés s ur leur lieu d’installatio n original.
2. L’installation, l’u tilisation, l’entretien et la maintenance doivent être normaux et dans le respect des instructions
