will only require a Phillips head screw driver, a ½ inch or 13mm wrench and a buddy (for lifting). Follow
the steps outlined below and it should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Refer to illustration on page 2 for part(s) identifi cation and placement
positions.
NOTE: Hand tighten all screws during placement and securely tighten with screwdriver when all parts of that assembly are in place.
STEP 1: Unlock clasp and open the Keg’s lid. Remove
and unpack all contents and check against parts
inventory list.
STEP 2: Attach front handle with Phillips head screwdriver.
M5 x 55 screws go in the bottom holes with the bottle
opener tabs. M5 x 38 screws go in the top holes. Silicone
gaskets install behind handle (two places).
STEP 3: Attach side handles (2) using 4 (M5 x 55)
screws. Use Phillips head screwdriver. Note the
“Bottom”written on the handle and orient down.
NOTE: With all handle screws in place, securely tighten
with screwdriver.
STEP 4a: With everything out of the grill, re-lock clasp
on the Keg’s lid.
STEP 4b: With your buddy’s help, fl ip the grill upside
down and place back into the styrofoam, on its lid.
STEP 5: Screw the legs into the threaded inserts in the
bottom of the grill using the leg washer and M8x20
screws, (hand tighten only).
STEP 6: Assemble the Hoop to the legs using the Hoop
Brackets and the M6x15 screws as shown. Tighten all
leg and hoop bracket screws with a screwdriver.
STEP 7: With your buddy’s help, fl ip the grill right side
