ein modulares System, das aus einem Flachkanal, mehreren Zube-
hörteilen und einem Luftverteilerschrank zusammengesetzt ist. Der
geriffelte Flachkanal wird in der Größe 50 x 100 mm und 60 x 130
mm geliefert.
Der Flachkanal lässt sich leicht verarbeiten und ohne Sonderwerk-
zeuge mit den Hilfsteilen verbinden. Der Flachkanal kann einfach mit
einer Säge abgelängt werden.
Die verwendeten Kunststoffwerkstoffe sind antistatisch und antibak-
teriell ausgeführt.
Von Brink wird ein Programm zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der man in
einfacher Weise ermitteln kann, welcher Wert an der Drosselschei-
be eingestellt werden muss (Anzahl der Ringe, die weggeschnitten
werden müssen). Eine nachträgliche Einstellung der Drosselscheibe
ist aufwändig, weil dafür wieder die Schläuche abgekoppelt werden
müssen. Die Drosselscheibe darf nur in die Verteilerschrankstutzen
des Luftverteilers und nicht zu den Hilfsteilen eingebaut werden.
Beim Berechnungsprogramm wird anhand einer Beispielberechnung
angegeben, wie dies alles funktioniert.
In dieser Montageanleitung wird nicht weiter auf die Funktion des Be-
rechnungsprogramms eingegangen.
Het compleet nieuw ontwikkelde kunststof luchtverdeelsysteem is

winning. Het is een modulair systeem dat bestaat uit een kunststof
slang, diverse accessoires en een luchtverdeelkast. De geribbelde
kunststof slang wordt geleverd in
twee afmetingen namelijk 50 x 100
mm en 60 x 130 mm.
De kunststof slang kan makkelijk worden verwerkt en kan zonder
speciaal gereedschap met de hulpstukken worden verbonden. De
kunststof slang is op eenvoudige wijze met een zaag op lengte in te
korten.
De gebruikte kunststof materialen zijn antistatisch en anti-bacterieel
uitgevoerd.
Door Brink wordt een programma beschikbaar gesteld waarbij men op
eenvoudige wijze kan uitrekenen welke waarde de volumenstroomre-
gelaars moeten worden ingesteld (aantal ringen welke weggesneden
moeten worden). Naderhand instellen van de volumenstroomregelaar
is lastig omdat daarvoor weer de slangen moeten worden losgeno-
men. De volumenstroomregelaars mogen alleen worden geplaatst in
de verdeelkastaansluitingen van de verdeelkast en niet bij de hulp-
stukken.
Bij het berekening programma wordt aan de hand van een voorbeeld-
berekening aangegeven hoe een en ander functioneert.
In dit installatievoorschrift wordt niet verder ingegaan op de werking
van dit berekeningsprogramma.
