4 / ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING VAN HET APPARAAT

Uw oven vertoont rookvorming bij het voorverwarmen of ontwikkelt overmatig veel rook tijdens
een bakcyclus.
Uw oven verspreidt, als hij koud is, na de bereiding van verschillende gerechten (schaap, vis,
grillgerechten…), een onaangename geur.
- Bij een pyrolysereiniging wordt de binnenzijde van de oven bij zeer hoge temperatuur gereinigd
waardoor alle spat- of overkookresten worden verwijderd. De bij de pyrolyse vrijkomende rook
en geuren worden via een katalysator vernietigd.
- U hoeft niet na elke bakcyclus een pyrolysereiniging uit te voeren, maar alleen als de oven te
vuil is.
- Om veiligheidsredenen wordt de ovendeur vóór het begin van de pyrolysereiniging
geblokkeerd. Zodra de temperatuur in de oven boven de baktemperatuur uitstijgt, kunt u de
ovendeur niet meer openen, ook niet door de «keuzeknop» in stand 0 te zetten.

Bereidingen zonder spatten: een
pyrolyse is niet nodig.
Pyrolyse kan ongeveer elke
3 bakcycli nodig zijn.
Voer de pyrolyse meteen na
1 keer bakken uit indien er veel
spatten op de ovenwanden
zitten.
