12 Indicaciones sobre eliminación de baterías
En relación con la distribución de baterías o con el suministro de aparatos que
conenen baterías, el ofertador está obligado a indicar al cliente lo siguiente: El
cliente como usuario nal está obligado por ley a devolver las baterías usadas.
Puede devolver gratuitamente las baterías viejas, que el ofertador uliza o ha
ulizado como baterías nuevas en el surdo, al almacén de distribución (dirección
de distribución) del ofertador. Los símbolos que guran en las baterías enen los
siguientes signicados: Pb = batería conene más de 0,004 porcientos de masa de
plomo, Cd = batería conene más de 0,002 porcientos de masa de cadmio, Hg =
batería conene más de 0,0005 porcientos de masa de mercurio.
