Follow the operating instructions for the food processor MUM4… .
This accessory is suitable for pressing the juice out of citrus fruits,
e.g. oranges, grapefruits, lemons.
It must not be used for processing other objects or substances.
Safety instructions for this appliance
Use the citrus press in the specified operating position only.
The citrus press must be completely assembled before use.
Do not attach/remove the citrus press until the drive is at a standstill.

Thoroughly clean the citrus press before using
for the first time, see “Cleaning and care”.
Operating the appliance

zPress release button and move swivel
arm into the operating position.
zRemove drive cover from the drive
of the citrus press.
zInsert strainer in the bowl.
zPlace citrus press on the base unit and turn
all the way in a clockwise direction.
Note: Following attachment, filter must
be situated fully in the bowl (see
Fig.
-5b
).
If required, turn filter slightly.
zInsert the mains plug.

zSet rotary knob to setting 2.
zPress fruit on the pressing cone.
zTo extract the juice from the fruit pulp,
briefly set the rotary switch to setting 4.
After using the appliance
zSwitch off the appliance with the rotary
switch.
zRotate the citrus press in an anti-clockwise
direction and remove.
zClean the citrus press.

All parts are dishwasher-safe.
Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher
as they could warp.
Tip:
To improve cleaning, the upper edge
of the strainer can be removed.
